Anil Kag is a Research Scientist in the Creative Vision team at Snap Research. His research focuses on improving the resource efficiency of deep neural architectures, including better architectures and training algorithms and their applications in generative models. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University in 2023. Previously, he was a Research Fellow at Microsoft Research India. In the past life, he worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft India Development Center after finishing his B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2014.
